Icons Not Displaying Correctly

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a template (Helix Ultimate) or SP issue, however the icons in my Testimonial Carousel are display as they should in Edit mode, however once saved the become corrupted! (see screen shots).
Any help greatly appreciated

Accepted AnswerI have removed the previous css, I just enable fontawesome from sp page builder settings. Issues resolved.

Accepted AnswerThe issue was caused by the font family version. Please check again—I have manually updated the font family in the Settings -> Addon -> Testimonial Carousel -> Custom Css file.
