Hi
Is it possible to change the size of the font in the topbar for module postions 'top1' etc?
And for social media icons in the top bar too.

Which template are you using there, please? Can I have your site URL here to check? However, you can change the fonts with the help of custom CSS anytime:)
Moreover, you can have a look into the typography tab of your Template Options.
