Error "Cannot Read Properties Of Undefined (reading 'data')" Since Updating To Joomla 5.1.2

Hi,

Since updated to Joomla 5.1.2, I'm getting the following error when trying to access SP Page Builder in the backend:

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'data') See - https://prnt.sc/DOilkRyF4yRT

And when I try and access from the frontend, I just get a blank screen.

My site specs are:

  • SP Page Builder 5.3.6
  • PHP 8.2.22
  • MySQL 8.0.36

Please investigate and advise.

Please disable the mod_security from your server or disable the rocket_loader from your cloudflare. Cause, Page Builder resources can't load properly. That's why occurred the problem.

Hi Toufiq,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I can't disable mod_security as I'm using a shared hosting platform. Mod_security has never been an issue previously though, as I've used SP PB on this site for years - It's only since updating to Joomla 5.

And I can confirm rocket_loader isn't enabled in Cloudflare, see - https://prnt.sc/FyIcBiKl90JT

Please advise.
