Countdown Addon Not Work

Hi

I upgrade SP Builder to the new version from Builder 3. After upgrade in template Eventum the Countdown Addon not work (or not visible).

I dont find a solution.

Please help me.

I think you enabled JS and CSS compression, and that could damage some interactive features.

As 1st step

Disable JS compression in Template Options, clear cache and check again!

Thank you, I disable JS compression and now work Countdown Addon and Modal Popup Addon too.

Hi Ervin,

DELETE that folder: templates\shaper_eventum\sppagebuilder\addons\countdown

Remove two files from it. Not rename!

It dont help. No change.

The counter is not visible.

And now I find, that I have problem with Modal Popup Addon too.

How I correct it?

  2. Have you cleaned Joomla cache?
  3. enabled JS compression?
