Hello,

In the single product page, In the description I insert module and forms. It does work but when I choose an other variant of the product, it is not handled anymore. Only the tags arre appearing but not modules or forms thay are refering to.

What can I do?

It looks like a bug on our product. I have talked with the development team. They have checked. It will be fixed soon.

I am not sure about the time it will take. But I assume it might take a month. Sorry for the trouble.

Ok, that's too long for now, I have to launch my products end of the month. Is there a way to insert a single product page in an artcile? This way I could work another way. Is there like a single product module or the possibility of making one?

Sorry, there is no other way. You can just Edit EasyStore Storefront and Single page with SP Page Builder. I understand that you have a deadline to meet. But it will take time to fix the issue.

Yes, modifying the product page with sp isn't dynamic, it's the same page vor every product, that's a very big restreint. Actually, at this point, I see two major lacks in easystore.

  • The flexibility of easystore which will be partially improved after your fix.
  • The registration process which is not user friendly at all. A new customer who wants to register has to first make a user registration with validation, after that fill the personal infos and all that with ugly joomla pages. No other way than going in the code to make it look a bit nicer. All that process should be integrated in easystore and if possible in pagebuilder. I checked all the templates and nothing is close to something professional... I am too close from the deadline to use another third party e-commerce but this part is prohibitory, too far from your competitors.

Sorry to tell this but it can maybe help to improve in the future.
