I hope all is well. Before there was a Gravatar feature. Where is it at in the framework/template so I can remove it. It doesn't work anymore especially with in the Wimble template. Its causing a browser issue I need to fix. Its show a URL https://www.epriz7.com/www.gravatar.com/avatar/c3bb17e2bf736bf977bd75da75189fe8?s=64&d=identicon&r=PG

I need to remove that but the feature is gone. It use to be in the helix customizer for the Wimble Blog section.

Hi Rixie,

Edit that file: templates\wimble\html\layouts\joomla\content\blog\author_info.php

You can also replace that file using file from Helix Ultimate template in seconds.

I don't understand about using the Helix Ultimate Template. Is that new? I'm having a 500 error for some reason as well.

How do I turn off the Gravatar? I just want to use the Joomla arthur under to display name.

To have default value, you have to replace one file, as I told you 2 days ago.

Is that new?

Nope, Your template is also based on Helix Ultimate. It's framework name.

If you got lost or have error somehow, share access to admin area.
