Is it possible to incorporate a login to access a single specific page for registered users ot acccess/download media files?

Could not understand about this part though: "ot acccess/download media files?"

However, here is all about ACL of Joomla:

You can select registered as access level in the menu item, that you want to be visible for your registered users only.
