Which template are you using there, please?If it's Helix Ultimate based then kindly check this tips. It will help you with the idea:

Just use before instead of after in the code, if you want the menu word before the hamberger icon.

For Helix3 based templates (older than 4 years) this CSS code is the same as for Helix Ultimate. So use it.

In Custom Template you have to use Custom Solution based on php changes or CSS that we shared. We cannot help more.
