I am sharing access to our Staging server. I created a new Contact Us item there wiht the exact same configuration I have on our production server.

Please, if you need to make changes to the code, let me know exactly what you had to do, as I'll have to replicate it on our production server.

I will take this opportunity to also ask you, if possible, to take a look two additional issues.

1. I have a Languages Subform created for user profile, and when a user view his profile (option=com_users&view=profile), even after making the required selections on the Languages Subform, nothing is dislayed (this is the last item on this page);
2. The other issue is on the Password field on the com_users&view=profile&layout=edit. If you click on the eye icon on the right of the field, it doens't show the typed passowrd, while if you do the same on the Confirm Password field, it works as expected.

I'm having the exact same question about hiding the menu text with "Display Menu Item Title" for other menus then the mainmenu. Is there a solution?
