is there another way to turn off Auto Play - in my SP Page Builder installation (Joomla 5.x and SP Page Builder 5.3.6) it does not work in the Testimonial Pro AddOn.
Does not work, is not quite right - when the page on which the Testemonial Pro is stored is opened, no Auto Play happens - but after clicking on the Arrow Controls to switch to the next view, Auto Play starts.

I have now tested it again on my PC with Chrome and Firefox and on a second PC also with Chrome and Firefox - here is a video file.

When the page is opened there is no auto-play, when you scroll to the next page - auto-play - although it is switched off - see graphic.

thanks for the video - I wrote that when the page is called up, no Auto Play happens - your video shows this quite clearly.
However, if you switch to the next page via the navigation at the bottom of the pages >>, then Auto Play is active - my video clearly shows this

We both went through 4 errors on our site at that time and here you have another error in the testimonial - displayed arrows and bullets overlap and cannot be used together on cell phones.

what I think is, you are not testing your AddOns enough and you assume that it is my server - no, it is not my server and again you were no help to me, I had to solve the problem myself - but I am used to that with Joomshaper.
For some reason, which of course I don't understand, the options of the Arrow Controllers are dependent on ON or OFF of the Bullet Controllers - only when Bullet Controllers are ON the options of the Arrow Controllers are visible, when OFF they disappear - thanks for your help!
