Document Upload Not Possible

When I want to upload a document from the media folder in the frontend, I do not have the option to upload the document. I do have a way to upload the document via the Joomla backend or via FTP. However, this function always existed and I believe it is a bug that it no longer works.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. To better address the issue, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access? This will enable me to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide you with a prompt resolution.

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

I'm sorry. I probably didn't express myself correctly. The upload works. But selecting does not. When I select the document after the upload, I can't put it where I want. There is no select function. I can only delete the document.

For example, if I use the button module and want to link a document in it, I have to select the document via the media folder and that doesn't work.

I hope this is now clearer.

Thanks

Got it. Initial solution is use the backend editor. We will improve it next release. Thanks
