Hi,

• delete all cache
• Clear the Browser cache.
• Test SP Page Builder editor using the 2nd (alternative) browser. If you have Chrome (as the default browser), use Firefox, Safari, or Opera.
• The SPPB license key should be taken from the JoomShaper dashboard: https://www.joomshaper.com/dashboard/frontview
• Check if you added the correct e-mail & license key in Settings, and if were saved.

Then check again please.
