Template Options Not Matching Site

I'm using the Investa template and I'm unable to find this padding setting in the template settings, please see the screenshots below. This is showing in the front end: https://prnt.sc/K5Tbct0npy0j
In the template settings, I can only find this area that shows them all as 0px, I've also tried setting them to 0px, with no change: https://prnt.sc/FPQZ_VfF7V-H

If I get it right, the padding you mentioning is used as CSS in the template.css field. If you want to override that value you need to use your own code with your desird value in the custom CSS of your template.
