Are you using Joomla default editor there? Do you want to use HTML coding to built your articles? Then you need to toggle your editor, which you have forgot about I think.

Moreover, what's the issues? You are getting html tags in the frontend aticle view, that you do not want, right?

If you are facing issue still, give me your admin access to check. Although the default editor comes from Joomla core! Not related to JoomShaper.
