Mobile Version Multilingual Associations

Template 1 year ago

Hi,

I am using Indigo template for my website. It's a multilingual website with versions either in Spanish and English. In the desktop version, all the language association links work fine but, when I use the website in responsive mobile version, the same links don't work. I mean, you cannot change from english to spanish because it automatically changes the association link.

I think this happened when I changed to Joomla 5. Is it possible?

Thanks

Hello Xabier,

I noticed that you've used the 'Main Menu' for the Spanish menu prnt.sc/M9RXgAMjSDd- and 'Home En' for the English menu prnt.sc/uSZzsjac7lxy. The multilingual associations for these menu items are set up perfectly prnt.sc/nvzVuDHTVkkM.

However, for the mobile off-canvas menu, you've used 'Full Menu' for Spanish prnt.sc/LJ2ELengM-K) and 'Full Menu En' for English prnt.sc/e1b6x4t_kVUu. It appears that the multilingual associations for these are not set correctly prnt.sc/NSyHNhyn1iCk.

To resolve the issue, please set the multilingual associations for the mobile menu properly.

Best regards

Thanks for reaching out.

Was all okay before? And suddenly this issue starts happening?

Will you please recheck the related documentation and the steps on your site again?

Hello Xabier,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To assist you more effectively, could you please share your website URL and Joomla administrator access? Before providing the access, I strongly recommend taking a backup of your site to ensure all your data is secure.

This will allow me to investigate the issue thoroughly and work on a prompt solution.

I appreciate your cooperation and will follow up with you as quickly as possible.

Best regards
