EasyStore - Settings Error

HI, after update l cant change any settings in EasyStore. Error : EasyStore Store Settings : Something went wrong! So before you suggest : I cleare cache from website and my pc, try from diferent browser and reinstal extension . Still same error. Any sugestion?

Can your server access the JoomShaper website? I believe there may be some externally hosted content which the Settings page needs to access.

Hi Stuart, yes server working properly I try almost evrything (regarding my knowledge ofcourse :-P ) thanks for your time and help

Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check it on my localhost.

With all my respect but if you dont have time and maybe you dont know what can be a possible mistake or erorr just tell me or pass by another memeber of support team. Otherwise im just loosing my and your time. With permition that you got you can easily check all erorrs on backend site .But look like in most of the support or forum post we gort almost the same answers , is like a clishe . That is not support that I expecting from my payment subscription.

Please hard reload your EasyStore settings page. Hopefully, the issue will be solved.

To hard reload, press Command + Shift + R on MAC or CTRL + Shift + R on Windows.
