MegaInc Intall Problem with PHP 8.1 + MySQL 8.0

I have just tried to install the MegaInc template, but it is IMPOSSIBLE! The configuration is as follows: MySQL 8.0 PHP 8.1 I have also tried it on MySQl 5.7 and PHP 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2 without success.

We urgently need support here.
