SP Page Builder - Accordion Addon

Hi Team,
I have been using the SP Page Builder for quiet sometime now, and its very useful for the content management system platform. I have been using this plugin with the Joomla platform. But I came acrross with one issue on the "Accordion Addon", that is when we click on it onces it opens the accordion to view the information present over it. But inorder to close it, as developer we know that we have to click back again on the accordion to close it.
But the users are facing trouble understanding thisconcept as they are experiencing that if we click on the accordion it will remain open only and would not close when clicked on the another accordion on the same page.
So, can you guide us to add the following functionality on the accordion addons that is, when user click on the one accordion it will open the information present over it. But if the user is clicking on the another accordion, then the previous clicked accordion should get close and the one on which user has clicked (another ) should get open. In this way the user will experience proper working of the accordion.
I request you to kindly guide us on priority , how can we add this functionality on the Accordion Addon.

I see that you've created separate Accordions and would like to link them together. However, this isn't a built-in feature of the Accordion. Implementing this functionality would require custom development, which falls outside of our support policy. You can achieve this by writing your own JavaScript code.

Thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this oversight.
The Accordion Addon functions as intended: when one section is opened, the previous section automatically closes. Could you kindly provide a screenshot if you're experiencing any issues with the addon not working as expected? And what is your SP Page builder version?

We are using the SP Page Builder Pro 5.4.0 version, which is the latest version on the SP Page Builder. Following is the attachment on the below link
So, what is happening is when we are opeing the accordion it shows the info present on it. but when we click on the another accordion the previous opened accordion is not getting closed.
So if you can guide us to make it in the way like when clicked on one accordion it should open the info and if we click on another accordion it should close the previous accordion and then open the new accordion on which we have clicked later.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight.
- I couldn't find any attachment with your message.
- The Accordion Addon is functioning as expected: when one accordion is clicked, it opens the relevant content, and when another accordion is clicked, the previous one closes and the new one opens. (Please refer to the video in the hidden content box for more details.)
To better address the issue, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access? This will enable me to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide you with a prompt resolution.
Before proceeding, I recommend that you create a backup of your site. You can use the Akeeba Backup extension for this purpose.

I understood the method you have explained and its working. I still have one doubt now, and need your guidance on this particular point, if we don't add accordion items inside one accordian and create different accordian, then what changes to be made for fulling the accordion addon functionality.
