Form Builder =/= (is NOT) Newsletter.

If you want to have real working newsletter form there use, for example, AcyMaling module.

I don't get your point. I dont want the form builder to be a whole newsletter system but to send us the user email. The purposed popup was just an example to you to check the problem since when the form is filled it wont send the info

In that case the general question/test is ...

check that form (only) inside Page - if it works. Maybe you missed some important settings or all e-mails goes to SPAM folder.

I have checked the form inserted on a page (I saved before just from the popup generator) and the form is working properly sending the email address of the user.

You can check that in this page: https://web.analisisdetextura.com/equipos-analisis-de-textura/accesorios-de-medida/sondas-de-cizalla where you will find the form.

Despite working properly when the form is inside the popup as you can check in web.analisisdetextura.com it is not working so the problems seems to be in the popup addon.

Our developer confirmed issue, we hope that upcoming updates will fix small noticed problems.

But for popups without form you can use it even today ;]
