Hi, I am trying to up a image/s to my Media folder and I keep getting the following error:

Could not make the file name safe. If it contains non ASCII chars please ensure you have the INTL and ICONV PHP Extensions installed.

Can you please let me know how to resolve this?

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Did you contact your hosting provider to install this feature on your server?

please ensure you have the INTL and ICONV PHP Extensions installed.

Hi, I have checked with my hosting provider and they have confirmed that the INTL and ICONV PHP Extensions are installed.

Can you give me an idea of what else might be the problem.

I do think it has something to do with the php/hosting as I have created two subdomains to create the site (one from joomla itself and the joomshaper quick install) and they both have the same issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks for any advice offered
