Hi,
I am using a template I brought that runs on Joomla 4.4.8 and I am using PHP 8.1 on my cPanel. When I look at SP Page Builder Pro/Pages it goes to a red screen with the above error. I have tried reducing the PHP version to the same error. The front end works fine. Any other menu selection works fine. I am running SP Page Builder Pro Version 3.8.9. From memory I installed the latest version with no issues and still got the error above. I have since had to reinstall the, page, Akeeba, and back to this stage with the error.

Apology for the inconvenience. Which template are you using? Please check the issue with Joomla default Casseopeia template. Since when have you got the error? Please share a screenshot of the issue page to understand it better. Take a screenshot and share via any platform. For example: Lightshot or Imgur

Accepted AnswerI am using a tempalet I brought from Template Monster. Real Estate. It is hard to know when I developed this error, I have reloaded the page with a previous version that worked. The error is a commmon Joomla error page when there is a PHP etc error. It is onlt the SP PAge Builder that is not working on the backend.

Accepted AnswerMySQL version 8 is not supported with SP Page Builder 3. Please update your SP Page Builder 3 to SP Page Builder 5. I hope that your issues will be fixed.

Accepted AnswerUpdating SP Page Builder kills the site and I have to rebuild it from a backup.
