By default is not possible. On Joomla Extension Directory (JED) find Menu module that have that feature, install it and publish on footer1 or footer2 position.

ALTERNATIVE

You can also use Menu HTML code from Bootstrap5 guides in Custom Module or SPPB module (raw HTML addon).
