But ReCAPTCHA are Joomla core plugins, not from JoomShaper, and never were.

Probably you have to install them manually again. Check topic(s) on forum.joomla.org

As far as I know, the ReCAPTCHA V3 plugin was/is an external one (made by SharkyKZ), not related to Joomla Core.

And on my sites even after update from Joomla 4.4.8 and 5.1 to Joomla 5.2 that plugin still exist. Whether it still works is another topic.

Confirmed no longer working with Joomla 5.2. Talking about the invisible reCAPTCHA. Worked with SPPB on Joomla 5.1.x.

Hello, okay. So again: After updating to Joomla 5.2, the reCaptchas no longer work. The extensions are there, also work with Joomla forms, but not in the SP Page Builder with the forms.

@Tobias - exactly. I don"t understand what's the long-term trouble with integrating captchas already integrated into Joomla here with SPPB. Posting suggestions like "use geoip blocking instead" is completely unacceptable.

Please integrate it once and properly so that it does not break every couple of weeks and is usable with whatever Joomla recognizes as captcha. :-(

Now I'm again stuck with the hCaptcha things that users don't understand, or the bad joke integrated into the SPPB form addons with preconfigured static Q/A, which is completely ineffective against spam.

I have exactly the same problem. Since the update to version 5.2, reCaptcha (V3) no longer works. Before the update it worked fine. The Google Dashboard shows me that everything was installed correctly and before the update I could see that illegal requests were intercepted. Afterwards not anymore. The only thing I have changed is the update to version 5.2. I also have other websites with templates from other developers. I don't have the problem there. So it is definitely a Joomshaper problem.

Edit: I have now tried the V2 (visible) version of recaptcha. It seems to work without any problems.

@Tomáš, Does reCAPTCHA v2 works now inside your SPPB Forms?

And problem with ReCAPTCHA V3 maybe caused by plugin itself, not always it's our fault. This plugin was updated a serveral months ago, anything could happen. Check comments on gitgub.

That's why we are checking that. Other Form components use they own Recaptcha code, built-in. That is something else.
