Error When Installing Restora Template

I installed the Restora quick start and when I tried to go to the home page I get this error.

$amount: Expected 70% to be within 0 and 1.: templates/shaper_restora/scss/theme.scss on line 1637, at column 4 Call Stack: #0 import templates/shaper_restora/scss/theme.scss templates/shaper_restora/scss/master.scss on line 8 #1 import templates/shaper_restora/scss/master.scss (unknown file) on line 1

Any ideas?

I am running 8.1, I tried 8.2 as well and same issue.

No, now I get an error that I have to be running version 8.1 at least.

I changed it back to 8.1 and Joomla 5.2 installs fine, but I keep getting that error message on the front end.
