I am looking to have vistors upload a resume when filling out a form using Form builder. Is there someting we can add to allow a vistor to attach a file to the form?

You can check this out, however this add on does not have the upload field yet to attach the file, we will add it soon.

Sorry to say that, but our Form Builder doesn't have this feature yet.
But I strongly recommend using Convert Forms (tassos.gr) -- even in the free version upload field is available.
Convert Forms package include module as well, so you can use it inside module addon and then inside Page or SPPB module or even Article.
