Hi Fabio Fresolone,

Thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this oversight.

To effectively resolve the issue, could you please give me Joomla administrator access? This will allow us to investigate thoroughly and provide a quick solution.

Before we proceed, I suggest creating a backup of your site using the Akeeba Backup extension. Please use the hidden content to share user your Joomla credentials.

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards.

Hi Fabio Fresolone,

The issue was due to a broken 'SP Eventum'. I've installed the latest build, and the problem has been resolved.

Please check it now and let me know if you have any further questions.

Best regards.

sorry, I have another problem... checking all the functionality, I noticed that the menu is not clickable, the language flags have a gray background and the site logo, if I zoom out, it replicates, as a reference site that's enough look here...this is the site in production with the old joomla and the old template
