Help To Visualization On Different Device

I have a simple SP Page Builder page that have some error in visualization on mobile device. I have created the page at PC and here it is OK. But When I view the page on MOBILE the FOOTER ot my JOOMLA template GOES over the SP Pagebulder Content And the page is completely wrong. https://prnt.sc/GxRmfi8i9ytC

Is there a way to "lock" the footer and make this the last block of the page? Or, how can I correct the page setting to make it better view even from MOBILE devices ? THX
