Turning OFF the scroll option in the product list element makes images load correctly.

Firstly, I suggest you liaise with @Toufiq as he already has admin details to this site.
Secondly, I shouldn't need to take a full backup of the site, because you shouldn't be changing anything without my permission!
Thirdly, you should be testing and recreating the issue on your own systems; deploying the fix to them, and then making the fix available to all customers.
