Somehow I managed to lose the main item images from any page or module from Simple Portfolio.

This used to display the main image for each of the items from the portfolio category. I can still see the filter. It seems the placeholders are all still there, but it is as if the images are all hidden.

Also missing is the main image when viewing the main item page direcltly. An example for that is here: https://mmmillerbros.com/MBE2024/index.php/test-portfolio/19-marsh-run-ii

I tried remoiving and re-installing the simple portfolio extensions, but it did not seem to help. Can't imagine what I would have done or how I can correct it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
