I use Constant Contact as our mailing client. I had to change from 3.x to 5.x. As we all know why. The problem is that I can't get the sign up form to show up. I put the coding into an article but it won't show up. I spoke with a Joomla tech and he said where I am using Helix that may be the problem Does anyone know how to resolve this.

Thank you

Hello Richard Juknavorian,

Thank you for your patience. It sounds like the main issue is that the user registration form is not appearing, correct?

it's not showing up at all. Where do you see it? When I put the codes in they dissapear and show just one code. Do I do it in JS Page Builder? I tried it in an article and it worked on Joomla 3

Please make sure you allow user registration in the settings. To enable user registration, please navigate to Users Settings > User Options and set Allow User Registration to "Yes." prnt.sc/gtQyl2sTHtKF

Your newsletter module has nothing. It is empty. Please check. prnt.sc/aMqlrzXr60qC

Exactly. I put the code in and nothing happens. I can't seem to figure it out. Joomla tech thinks it's because of Helix. This is what I'm trying to find how to fix this.

The module you are currently using is the 'Custom' module, which is a code module for Joomla. The issue you are encountering is not related to Helix Ultimate or any of JoomShaper's products. To verify this, you can easily test the functionality by switching to the default template. If the issue persists after changing to the default template, then it is not caused by Helix Ultimate.

Hello Richard Juknavorian,

The issue is not related to the Helix Ultimate template; it comes from the Joomla core module. I recommend posting the issue in the Joomla forum to seek a solution.

Best regards.
