Error: Undefined When Saving In Template Styles

I reported this problem on another site and received no assistance from support. Pavel suggested a few things, none of which helped.

I am now experiencing this again on another site and I would appreciate it if someone would actually get back to me.

In the Top Bar I am trying to change an the address from 4307 Village Centre Pl, Unit 104, Mississauga, ON, L4Z 1S2 to 4 Robert Speck Pkwy #1500, Mississauga, ON L4Z 1S1

The template SAVE gives error UNDEFINED. Nothing can be saved. Please help and respond.

WE NOW HAVE 2 LIVE SITES THAT WE CANNOT UPDATE TEMPLATE STYLES.

I’ve looked into your issue on my local machine and it's work fine, I would suggest the following steps:

  1. Disable ModSecurity on your hosting server.
  2. Ensure the correct file permissions are set for the template folder.

These actions should help resolve the issue you’re facing.

Also, we are no longer using admin tools and I did what was suggested in the previous ticket and nothing worked.

HAVE CHANGED THE ADDRESS VIA DB, but would still like to figure out why this is happening. Please investigate as i can't always go into the database to change things.
