Mega Menu Drop Down Icon Issue

Hello,
I am using Helix Framework and SP Page Builder, and my navigation menu drop down icons are not working properly and simply dipslaying a box...see the red circles in the image. How can I fix this issue or change the icon? I tried doing so in the Template Options, but could not find a solution.
