We are experiencing an issue after updating SP Page Builder on our website. When we try to create a new page or edit an existing one, we encounter the following errors:

TypeError: i[e] is undefined Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 2 column 1 of the JSON data We have attached a screenshot of the error message.

This issue is preventing us from using SP Page Builder to manage our website content. We have tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Clearing the browser cache Disabling other plugins Reinstalling SP Page Builder We are using the latest version of SP Page Builder and Joomla 4. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Thank you, I have solved the previous problem but I have encountered a new one. When I add the alt attribute to any image in SP Page Builder I get the error: "Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string". . To reproduce this, simply go to edit a page, add an image addon, and attempt to enter text into the 'alt' attribute field. I have attached a screenshot of the error. Please let me know if you require access to my test environment to investigate further.

Hello Rocio,

Thank you for reaching out. Apologies for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. Unfortunately, the issue appears to be caused by an override of the image addon implemented by the template you’re using, which is not a JoomShaper product.

I recommend contacting your template author for assistance in resolving this issue. Alternatively, you could try removing the override addon by deleting the directory located at JRoot/templates/jb_growth/sppagebuilder/addons/image .

Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if there’s anything further we can assist you with.
