Images Not Loaded On Sp Builder/Ultimate Helix

I am using the sp page builder on template Ultimate Helix. I am trying to upload images to insert on my site. The system begins to upload it, but it noot finish, only show message uploading 100%.
With an ftp I can see the image exists on the directory, but is not shown on SP when I try to select it to insert it.

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Please provide me the database access. Or make sure your media table id is auto_increament.

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for your issue. Please keep a full site backup and reinstall SPPB. Go to MyPHP and delete the database tables, then reinstall and re-create it. Maybe your database table id is not auto_increament. You have to set auto_increament page builder tables and media table id.

Accepted AnswerI found the problem, is not a ddbb problem. The problem are the images. The images have the extension .JPG instead of .jpg. The server or SP Page Builder (I don´t know who of them) cannot understand an extension in capital.
So, I will modify the images and upload them again.
