Addon Caroussel: No Swipe On Mobile And IPad ?

Good afternoon to all CSS magicians at Joomshaper
I am working on a rebuild of our current website. We have choosen for NEWS 365.
We also use the Pagebuilder Addon: Caroussel
Unfortunately this does not swipe on mobile and iPad.
At first I thought: this will be a matter of a check mark or simple adjustment. But I have been searching for a while now... and I can't find a solution.
I need some help here, please.

On my Iphone I am browsing on Firefox but it also doesn't swipe on Safari
I have the same issue on bordspelwereld.nl which uses the WT Host Pro template (Helix 3)

I have checked on Chrome, Firefox, and also safari. And also real android, Iphone devices. It seems ok in my end. When I click on the arrow it swipes.

when you "click" on the arrow it "swipes" (!).
But that is not swiping. That is clicking and that is not intuitive. People want to swipe... REAL swipe
Can this be done, please?

By default swipe is not working on Caroussel, its working on Image Caroussel. I will add it in our feature request list so that our DEV team will implement this feature on Caroussel too.
