OSM addon does not work at all

Hello !
I can't get the OpenStreetMap addon to work.
I place the coordinates of my city in France, which I got on the open street map (43.5941870, 4.9380625) and it places me on the side of kazakhstan (https://www.alidufresne.fr/index.php/me-contacter). Although it must be pretty, it's a bit far from where I live.

What does not work. In fact it is necessary to replace the comma by points. And it works.

Here I let you check it until Friday after I cut the access.
