Mailbox Or Package Option

The shipping company that we make use of has two option. A price for products being deliverd as a package or trough a mailbox /letterbox ( read: a narrow opening in the customer's door, its very common in the Netherlands, Germany and Beligium)

We sell products that are lightweight. Some are small and some are bigger than "trough the mailbox /letterbox" (the narrow opening)
The shipping company's make use of diverend prices for the two options. So sometimes we have to pay a bigger price than the webshop has calculated.
My future request.
Can a selection box be made possible to indicate, when entering a new product, whether the product can go through the letterbox or whether it is a package? And that that option can be used at a different price for the two options.

Can you give an update on my request? It has been reported to the developer team and what now? How can I know a- if my request will be implemented b- when that will happen?
My question is not a joke but very serious. In the meantime, in my country there is still talk of large, small and letterbox packages. In easystore I can only enter an amount per weight and not in size or as small as a letterbox package.
I would like to know whether or not it will be added and when.
