Page Builder Version: 5.4.2 - Custom Fonts Upload Error

I've Followed the instructions to generate webfont from Font Squirrel. Receiving Error: "Max size limit exceeded" when attempting to upload the zip file provided by Font Squirrel. The zip file size 10.5Kb
I have no issues uploading files in any other capacity. Themes and modules install as expected from the administrative backend.
Uploading via the media manager works as expected regardless of file size. This appears to be a font upload issue only.
Can you please provide a solution beyond directly uploading the font package to the site via sftp. I need this to work for users that are not granted access to ssh or sftp.
