Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best Regards,

Hi,

Same problem here...

This does not effect the font upload section. User.ini also did not effect this with memory_limit = 256M. .htaccess also. How to solve this problem?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

The Joomla Media “Maximum Size” setting only applies to uploads through the Media Manager. The Custom Font upload section in SP Page Builder uses its own uploader, so changing that setting or the PHP memory_limit may not affect it.

Since you have already tried adjusting the server limits and it still shows “Max Size Limit Exceeded,” we need to check the uploader configuration directly on your site to identify what is causing the restriction.

Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend using the hidden content section by creating new post? Also, kindly make a full backup of your site before sharing access.

Once we have access, we will investigate the issue further.

Best regards.

Hi,

as always, unfortunately I cannot do that due to copyright regulations in Europe. Any Ideas?

This is server configurations related issues, you may contact with your hosting administrator.

@Freiherr, I have question, what generator you used to create Font package?

Try (2) https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/font-book#how-to-install-custom-fonts

Hi,

first I used https://www.fontsquirrel.com/ then https://transfonter.org/

php.ini is loaded with post_max_size = 256M memory_limit = 256M max_memory_limit = 256M

Maybe there is a ftp folder? Where are the fonts stored?
