Educon 2 Megamenu Dropdown Position 'Left' Not Working

I cannot get the a child menu to open on the left side of the main menu. Changing the dropdown position to 'Left' has no effect.

Hi Ofi,

I had two Helix3 plugins enabled, that is why there was the 'Helix3 Menu Options' tab in the Joomla's 'Edit menu item' interface. That was really confusing, as there you could also set the menu dropdown position, which (of course) had no effect.

Now, I have found the Helix Ultimate menu settings, and set the dropdown position to 'Left' and the menus work as they should.

Hello Riku Lahteenmaki

You can choose what menu you want to show as your main menu. You just have to select the menu on the settings. I have checked the offcanvas in the left position. It seems fine.

Hi Ofi,

Thanks for the answer about the menu selection.

On the other question, I meant the normal menu (not megamenu) with child menus that should open to the left side.

Thanks for the update. Yes, to avoid conflict, use Helix Ultimate or Helix3 framework on one site.
