is there any way to control the vertical size of the box. Can this be fixed? instead of variable, based on length of name, designation

scroll down to the team carousel. You'll see that depending on the length of the person's job title, the box will extend vertically down. I'd like to have this set so the boxes are uniform (straight all the way across), so i'm wondering if i can set the vertical length an absolute number.

yes, that's correct. It doesn't appear that there's a way to control the height.

Hi, i've just tried that and it doesn't work. It doesn't make them a uniform height all the way across.

You can set invidual height for this addons. You can try CSS in that case. This forum post will help you to understand.
