Hello,

Every time, I find more problems with Easystore, the truth is that it has a lot of failures. In this case, one of the fundamentals, the RedSys payment method (widely used).

Throughout the process, add to the basket, put the personal data and select the redsys payment method, everything works ok, but the error occurs when we continue to the payment gateway, it turns out that the parameters of the order number of the order of the order of Order, the quantity, nor the terminal number, the only thing that arrives is the number of commerce.

The store is in Test mode, and with the correct data (or at least I think, since they are put as the bank sends them).

I know how to correctly configure the Redsys plugin, but something happens in the PHP plugin, which does not send the order number data, the price to pay...

The only thing that appears correctly is the commerce number, but it even appears where it doesn't belong.

Reach out to your payment gateway's support team with the error code SIS0434. They can provide specific details about the invalid data.

Yes i Contact and support say: not order number received, but not only this, the amount data is not received correctly either, All of this can be seen in the screenshots I have sent you.

I need to give priority and solve the problem with the payment of Redsys.

Please, it is important to solve it as soon as possible. The payment plugin is from Joomshaper, maybe it was a good solution that Redsys' own (existing for many online stores) could be used, you might contact Redsys, and consult with them the possibility of development for Easystore.
