Hi Pilar:

  1. Delete this file (if you have it): /libraries/autoload_psr4.php or similar with "autoload...." name.

  2. If (1) will not help - delete whole folder /libraries/ and upload that folder from fresh Joomla 4.4.9 package.

  3. Then if you will be able to login to admin area update Joomla 4 to current version.

Tip based on: https://issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/20828

If you have Joomla 5, use J5 files.

As you know, I am guessing without access, but yes.

  1. Rename current folder from /libraries to /old-libraries
  2. Use Joomla 5.2 installer package (Joomla_5.2.2-Stable-Full_Package.zip) and upload that folder

Dear Paul Thanks for your response. I remove the folder and uploaded the library one from J5_2.2. The server blew up error 500, so I uploaded again a folder J4. and the server is ok, but the same issue. Could you please support me? Thanks

PS: If you need access, I can give you the data?

I'll ask it another way, did you get this error right after installing Quickstart, or did you do something afterwards?

Yes, I can send you working demo installer made by with Akeeba Backup. This will probably be the most convenient solution for you, you just delete the old content and upload & install the new one and it will work.

Just let me know. Respond 2 questions.

BTW

I installed QS v1.0.1 and updated CMS without any problems on my hosting account.

I used PHP 8.3 + MySQL v8.x + Linux

File is ready....

  • yes, delete all old folders.
  • download.
  • unzip, and install step by step.
  • let me know after.
  • Keep Joomla 4.4.9 by end of the month, if all works as it should.
