Translate Login And Sign Up To French

Hi, I would like to translate the login and sign up text at the top menu level into French. I have seen answers on the forum like here https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/customization-tips#how-to-translate-the-sign-in-link, but I can't find the steps to follow. Here is the URL of the site: https://iseg-efec.com. The translation highlights the sign in and the Sign up which are at the top right of the page. I tried to insert a screenshot but I couldn't. Thank you very much for your availability. SI indicates that I designed it with the Educon template from SP page builder. I did not use HELIX directly. Thank you
