When viewing the Order History via the front end. clicking on the desired Order ID throws a 404 error. Is this a bug or have not configured something ?

eg - open page : index.php/my-orders/1001

Something has changed - When i logged into the front end as user "adiehm" there was one order showing, order #1001, I checked that only a few hours ago before replying to your message earlier today. Now there are no orders linked to user adiehm.

Clicking on that order #1001 would throw the error. For soem reason that order was linked to the user adiehm but now it is not ?
