Apologies for the inconvenience caused. I have tested your site backup in our environment, and it is functioning perfectly. This indicates that the issue may be related to specific server settings on your hosting environment.

Could you please contact your hosting provider and request them to disable the mod_security module? This change may help resolve the issue.

I look forward to your response and am here to assist further if needed.

Best regards

This error occurs because System - Helix Ultimate Framework was disabled. I have enabled it, no error now.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Upon reviewing your website, it appears to be encountering a 403 error, which is likely a server-related issue.

To investigate this further and identify the root cause, may I proceed with taking a full site backup to analyze it in our environment?

Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.

Best regards

Saving worked when the firewall was temporarily deactivated. https://prnt.sc/B53ZRucQ2dfG

It is the only template where I currently have this problem. Other templates from JS work smoothly. Perhaps there is a cause in the template programming.

However, a new error message has now appeared in the frontend: https://prnt.sc/cEejpZGa3JtJ ;)

best regards

Yes, I have, because I don't run a website without a firewall.
