Odd Behaviour Of Site Logo On Mobile View

i have created many sites withe this platform, but not had this before. I am getting strange results in on the mobile menu and unable to see what i causing the issue i have included screenshots to demonstrate the issue also is it possible to hide the black top header and its content on just the mobile view which looks like a possible solution.
the logo and the Hamburger seem to be being forced out of the menu bar i have no extra css to this and the logo is cropped to its viewpoint with no added space

Accepted AnswerApologies for the inconvenience earlier. I have increased the header height and added a line of custom CSS to hide the top bar as requested.

Accepted AnswerHi Thank you for this Unfortunately removing the top header has not resolved the problem, the logo and the Hamberger are still being forced out of the menu area its is clear that logo is small enough to fit but Both elements are being forced out of the menu section in to the Hero section below its like the There is padding or a margine being added as no matter how small i make the logo it is forced out of the menu area
