Thank you for your query. To ensure the full article image appears in the category blog, please follow these steps:

1. Edit the article in question.
2. Under the “Images and Links” tab, add your desired image to the “Intro Image” or “Full Article Image” field.
3. Additionally, in Helix Ultimate, use the Blog Media options to upload your featured image.
4. Save the article and check the blog view again.

This should resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please let us know.

That did not work. It is not displaying the full article image, nor the blog media image.

Please share your admin access in the hidden content section. Before proceeding, kindly ensure you have taken a full backup of your site.
