Image Upload Not Working With Editor Permission Or Page Owner

The SPPB component does not allow uploading images, if a user is the creator of the page.
Only when the user belongs to the Manager group (Editor is not sufficient) can images be uploaded. And then, off course, the user does not need to be the creator of the page.
My aim is to restrict the editing rights to pages of which the user is set to be the creator.
This problem occurred after upgrading from version 3 to version 5 of SP Page Builder.

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. Rest assured, I will look into this issue for you and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please go to Global Configuration -> SP Page Builder -> Permissions and use this settings for your user group. I have applied this for Editor user group. This user group can create and edit own pages. They can also upload and access only their uploaded images.
