Some SP Pages Can't Be Edited

hello, I have a brand new pro version of SP Page Builder. For the super user profile, all works fine. But for another user profile I have this problem: -there is no link on some page titles (not all of them) to enable page editing (see the red area in image below) -this user have all permissions in "allowed" for SP module

Hello, first I send you the user login to allow you to check the problem : when you display the list of SP pages, you can't clic on the (for example: the first "accueil" page is not editable by the user). Will you need the admin login?
